The European Society of Aesthetic Gynecology | ESAG hopes that everyone registering and acquiring an ESAG services from ESAG will be able to attend; however, ESAG knows extenuating circumstances do occur.

With the term “ESAG services” we embrace:

  • ESAG Yearly Senior Membership
  • ESAG Courses
  • ESAG Non-Surgical Courses
  • ESAG Surgical Courses
  • ESAG combined Non-Surgical & Surgical Courses
  • ESAG Yearly Congress / conference
  • ESAG Co-Organized Events
  • ESAG webminars

Payment Policy :

A registration to an ESAG service is not complete until full payment has been received. Payments not received two (-2-) weeks before the commence of the relevant ESAG event may result in no admittance of the person(s) to the service registered for. Payment may be made by Credit Card and Bank transfer with the submission of a completed registration form. In the event of any cancelation, refund and / or transfer of service a processing / administration fee of GBP 125 will be charged for.

ESAG Cancellation and Refund Policy :

ESAG service Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to all ESAG services offered.

All ESAG services sales are final and nonrefundable.

In case of the unforeseen case that a registrant to an ESAG service is unable to attend an ESAG service for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with ESAG, someone else to attend in their place. If a registrant is unable to attend, and providing that ESAG is informed in writing at info@esag.org three (-3-) weeks before the commence of ESAG service as displayed on the official website for the event in question, the fee paid can be left with ESAG as payment towards a place at the same event the following year or another ESAG event that takes place in the 12 months following the originally booked event.

An ESAG service may be transferred to another individual provided this individual is not already registered with the same ESAG service; the ESAG service registration can be only used for the exact service acquired for, and the individual to qualify for the type of registration being transferred.

For example, an active ESAG Senior Member congress registration can only be transferred to another active ESAG Senior Member that wants to register for the congress and not to a regular Physician registration, Corporate registration etc.

In order to transfer an ESAG acquired service you must officially contact ESAG at info@esag.org. For more information about registration transfers, please contact info@esag.org

All invoices for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's membership status.

The latest date for transferring an ESAG service is three (-3-) weeks before the commence the relevant ESAG service as displayed on the official website for the event in question. No transfer of an ESAG service will be accepted after that date.

No refunds or transfers are allowed after the above-mentioned date and/or the commence of an ESAG service

No refunds of transfers are allowed for no-shows or cancellations.

Note that circumstances beyond the control of ESAG may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. Therefore, ESAG reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on the official web site the soonest possible.

Please note that ESAG Team Members are ready to provide you with timely and efficient professional assistance. ESAG Team Members will attempt to find the best convenient solution for your query. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for ESAG Team to get back to you on the problem; please note that this stands for official working week days Monday to Friday.

Requests for refunds and transfers are accepted up to three (-3-) weeks before the commence of the relevant ESAG Service as this date is stated in the official webpage for the relevant service. All requests must be accompanied with detailed and grounded reasons why you are applying for.

Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies :

Unforeseen circumstances” is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents ESAG from continuing with the provision of an ESAG service such as but not limited to a conference, training, webinar etc. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.

ESAG shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to fulfil any term of an ESAG service, if such delay or failure is due to circumstances out of its control.

Circumstances of force majeure shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following: events, actions or omission such as strikes, lock-out, lack of workers, riots, war, threat or preparation of war, fires, sabotage, storm, flood, earthquake, production facility’s breakdowns, collapse of buildings, execution of orders of the Public Authorities, requisitions, lack of raw materials or fuel or any other source of energy, block of transportation, but not limited to these.
