I am a Consultant UroGynaecologist with a special interest in Aesthetic gynaecology. I achieved my undergraduate qualification in 2001 and subsequently undertook training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in the Northwest deanery, where he gained broad experience in general Obstetrics and Gynaecology patient management. During this period, I successfully completed 2 Advanced Training Specialty Modules (ATSM) in Urogynaecology and Vaginal surgery as well as one in advanced labour ward practice. I then underwent went into a further 2½ years of sub-specialty training in Urogynaecology at Liverpool Women’s Hospital, where I widened my experience in all aspects of female pelvic floor problems including vaginal prolapse, Obstetric anal sphincter injuries and urinary incontinence. I was awarded a certificate of Completion of Specialist Training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology with in March 2015. I have worked well with all my colleagues in all cadres of health provision and create good working relationships that facilitate team-working as well as efficient leadership role. Since then, I have been the clinical director for the past 3 years and led in the development/enhancement of various services in the unit including outpatient botox, daycase vaginal surgery, and laparoscopic hysterectomy for benign conditions and VNOTES surgery. I was then subsequently appointed as the Associate medical director for wellbeing and development for 2 years and I am currently the Divisional Director for Families and integrated care division.
